This is a Free Service so there's no support of any kinds from Sentris. If you have any problems, please post your questions here in this Forum. We'll from time to time check and respond.
If you expect any kinds of support at all from Sentris, then please do not signup for this Free Account. You can only get support from Sentris if you use any one of our Paid Services.
Since its opening in 2004, we've had now tens of thousands of users and this is a 3rd time we had to upgrade the server we're using to accommodate the increasing number of users.
We thank you all for your overwhelming support and appreciate your patience and understanding while we're working hard to get this system working again.
We're now using a mirror server to copy all users and emails, with so many users and data, it will take days. So since the old server can no longer handle the loads, we now had updated our DNS to point all to the new server. Old server is still up to finish copying all data. You can still access it directly at 63.223.73.25
You should be able to get in, signup for new account, etc. Just do not be alarmed if you don't yet see all your emails/data. They probably still being transferred.

A: How long is a piece of string , the time is mainly dependent on the 'number' of messages stored on the server, so it is not directly related to the number of users, or the size of your mail store.
